gift card policy

All Moonshadow Salon gift cards are non refundable or redeemable for cash. We are not responsible for lost or stolen cards. No refunds on products, exchange only. A 24-hour notice is appreciated for change or cancellation of your appointment. To purchase gift cards call the salon at 510-841-4696.

Return & Cancellation Policies

refund policy

Service discrepancies must be reported within two weeks of the service. There are no returns on products, an even exchange or store credit will be offered within two weeks of purchase. No cash refunds.
